How Coaching Works
My coaching process is simple: discover your purpose and begin living a mission-driven life. The life and leadership coaching process differs from client to client and is subject to change. Below is a typical layout of what the life and leadership coaching process looks like, from beginning to end.
1. Complimentary Consultation Call
Let’s meet in-person or virtual to talk about your dreams and goals. We will talk about my style of life coaching philosophy and process to mutually decide if I would be a good fit for future coaching.
2. Discovery Sessions
The two Discovery Sessions are 1- to 2-hour sessions where we go over my coaching process and agreements. Together, we will gain clarity of your current self and preferred path forward by examining values, key areas of life, and developing your intention statement.
3. Coaching Sessions
The continued coaching sessions are 1-hour sessions. We walk through the journey of exploring methods and tools to discover what will propel you forward into the life you know you’re capable of! The number of sessions is optional, however, a 6-week length of time is highly encouraged.
4. Complimentary Completion Session
This is an opportunity to review and celebrate your accomplishments from your journey. Reflection is absolutely key in evaluating how far you’ve come and what you can continue to celebrate!
5. Ongoing Support Sessions
Upon completing your coaching program with me, that is not the end all, be all. I become a part of your support network and am always here to meet with you when you find yourself stuck or just want a refresher on your personalized toolkit.

2024 Coaching Planner
Over the years I have received a lot of calls, emails, questions and conversation asking for guidance and help with planning and organizing. I have always wanted to reach as many people as I can who want to walk in their power of knowing, claiming, and owning their future. What better way to do that than with a Coaching Planner where you can plan with intentional purpose. My hope is that this planner allows you to slow down, be intentional with your time, and the people in your life. The coaching questions are designed to bring awareness to what has heart and meaning to you in your life and to define who and what is important to you.
